Notes:
The kitchen in this condo, built in the early 70's, was dated and had very little storage capacity. Using the design services of LTLB Envirotecture, LTLB Renovate implemented the client's goals of adding more storage, task lighting, and counter space utilizing customized IKEA cabinetry.

Notes:
The powder room for this project was dated and had no room for the installation of a laundry area. Using the design services of LTLB Envirotecture, LTLB Renovate implemented the client's goals by eliminating an adjacent walk-in closet to create a connected laundry area. Additionally, a new closet was built in the adjacent affected bedroom.

The project also incorporated a drying bar for hand wash items, ceramic tile, bead board wainscoting, and a custom storage area within the laundry center.
